Recently, we released our new 3 PRO Portal, which is available to all 3 PRO users.
Portal login is available via the 3 PRO Cloud account, according to the selected type of authentication (we recommend the use of your existing organizational Office 365 account).
Via 3 PRO portal you can:
- View and update organization’s contact information and email address for invoice delivery
- View, create and update technical support requests
- View work reports for the current month
- Get an insight into Microsoft Cloud services, update the number of licenses, and activate new services
- Send feedback to 3 PRO
- Use the 3 PRO Bot (Chat) functionality in the context of your organization
After the initial login to the 3 PRO Portal, it is necessary to request authority to manage the organizational account. After that, you will receive an email with an activation token and administration rights for your organization.
